flint street
new build
The brief for this vacant site in Essex was to provide 28 no. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with parking and communal gardens.
Below ground level, a pressurised rising main runs East to West across the site and foul sewers run East to West and North to South. Despite this drainage network presenting several design challenges, FAP were able to deliver a scheme that met the brief and the proposal was granted planning permission in 2013.
This project is currently at RIBA Stage 4 - Technical Design.
